Her passion evolved from childhood, inspired by people throughout her life who have helped to drive her to where she is today.

Tshabalala has always been motivated by complex projects and her background in financial institutions is due to her passion around digital transformation and driving strategy execution. Such institutions provided her with the platforms and budget to  benefit from the scope and challenges such projects offer.
