When the type of customer loyalty one only reads about in consultant reports is on the table, stubborn pride should be set aside.

It`s natural for people to dislike places where they get to stand in queues to be treated like numbers. Ranting about the telephone company, the municipality, the post office and the bank is second nature to consumers. Stories of wasted time, unhelpful service, exorbitant fees and sheer stupidity abound.
And this fan club of 20twenty customers is full of derision for the big banks.
