Fund bears and buy signals
Are fund managers being irrationally prudent? If so, do as they don`t.

It`s official. The information technology sector is the dog sector among all equity classes, according to Merrill Lynch`s September survey of fund manager views.
However, a full 20 percent put IT as the least favoured sector, well ahead of the next less-liked, media & photography, at 11 percent.
