With most of the world entering the second year of hard lockdowns, organisations have had to relook at the way they work in order to be productive and meet deadlines.

“Recent studies have shown that when employees are allowed to work outside the office, their productivity actually increases,” Keyser adds. “However, you cannot expect employees to give of their best in the home environment if they are working from the kitchen table with inadequate or slow devices. A workplace ecosystem needs to be replicated, where employees have everything they need at their fingertips for optimal productivity.”
