With Business Connexion set to be the empowerment partner, what will happen to that cash pile?
Comparex`s search for a black economic empowerment (BEE) investor has seemingly drawn to a close with a cautionary announcement to the effect that Business Connexion with become a 25.01 percent shareholder in the group.
Business Connexion, headed by Benjamin Mophatlane, is a Microsoft partner with revenues of R386 million in the year to February.
