Growing up in Chatsworth in the 1980s and ‘90s, young Sudhish Mohan’s ambition was to be a scientist. He mixed his studies with his passion for cricket, but as he got older, his career plan didn’t map out quite how he expected.

“I never really had any guidance on how to achieve my career in science, and when that didn’t work out, a career in IT was about as close I could get,” he says.
