Winning awards for your work is supposed to get you noticed. But a cease and desist letter is probably not the attention you want.

Luke Draper is a self-taught mobile game developer specialising in augmented reality. Last year, in response to a call by online game developer Riot Games for creators to submit games that would expand its gaming franchise League of Legends, he created League of Legends Augmented Rift. The game requires players to solve real-life puzzles in turns as their game characters attack one another. Draper submitted it to Riot Games and heard nothing back.
