Despite having suffered under the strain of the Covid-19 pandemic for the majority of 2020, the virus remains top of mind for most organisations and individuals, with women, in particular, having borne the brunt of many of the changes driven by humanity’s response.

As Mandisa Ntloko-Petersen, BCX’s chief marketing officer points out, women have often found themselves having to undertake what she refers to as a ‘triple shift’.
