No fear rugby

Want all the fun, speed and excitement of rugby, but none of the pain? The local digerati have muscled in on a new way to keep fit, fight stress and have fun that`s modelled on rugby but has none of the crippling tackles.

They are part of a craze that`s taking this country, and the world, by storm. Touch hails from Australia, where it was officially founded in 1978 from a drill used as part of rugby league training programmes. The sport has since mushroomed to become the biggest and fastest growing team sport in Australia, and maybe the world. In Australia alone there are over a million registered players.
