Doctor Abigail Tierney cuts an intimidating figure on paper. With a BA from Leeds University and an MSc and DPhil from Oxford, one expects to meet an academic with her head way up in the clouds.

Primarily a high-level marketing campaign, the Thought Leadership programme was developed by IBM EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and now needs to be customised for local market conditions. It aims to involve corporate clients directly with IBM`s innovation in leadership and product development, in the hope of creating long-standing relationships with them.
