When the pandemic hit, followed by lockdowns, Dell Technologies South Africa had to reimagine the way it hosts its local customer and partner forums.

Jason Jenkinson, Country Marketing Manager at Dell Technologies South Africa, says the Dell Technologies team foresaw that the pandemic would drive long-lasting change in how things were done. So the team decided to convert part of its training centre in Bryanston into a broadcast quality studio, to take engagement with stakeholders to a professional level. The studio includes a broadcast-style talk set, enhanced by a large screen for viewers to comment and pose questions.  “It has proven to be a fruitful investment, and now we use it all the time to film demos, podcasts and virtual events,” says Jenkinson.
