SA Chamber of Business president Kevin Wakeford, the man whom many think let the cat out of the bag, is not really surprised at this. He feels the Commission opens the debate about the currency to a wider audience and serves as a valuable education method.

“In fact, I think they (Government) should spend more money on the Commission as this is the vehicle that will drive the debate to a much wider audience,” Wakeford says.
