When Bytes Technology Group posted its year-end earnings in February, the results weren`t so much a turn-around as a management miracle. The man who takes credit for turning the catastrophe that was Usko into a profitable organisation is David Redshaw, the group`s executive chairman.

“When we got into the business, to say we were horrified would be putting it mildly! Either we had to admit we made a mistake and cut our losses or try and revive Usko.”
