Deep impact

Building customer trust may be an old-fashioned business ethic, but it`s what makes Cirrus Techvue tick. To secure long-term loyalty, founder Chris Crozier and his partners have eschewed the practice of selling people things they don`t need.

Chris Crozier has issues. A lot of issues. From e-mail systems to fraudulent cheques and L Ron Hubbard, his roving eye consistently pinpoints the weakest links in the systems governing our lives.

“I know it sounds clichéd and platitudinous, but we really believe, and most of our customers would agree, that that if we can find some cheaper way of doing things then we will find it for them. This is not because we are averse to making money, but because if we deal with those customers later and try and show them the false economy of something they want to do cheaply, something which might warrant a bigger initial expense, they will be more likely to believe us.”
